What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the dealership. You will guide customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.

• Consult & Connect: Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their needs.
• Showcase Excellence: Present and demonstrate the features of our diverse New and Pre-Owned inventory.
• Master the Process: Learn and implement our proven dealership sales process.
• Market Yourself: Use your personal brand and communication skills to drive new business.
• Follow Through: Manage transactions from the initial "hello" to the final "thank you," including consistent follow-up.
• Stay Sharp: Maintain product knowledge and complete necessary certifications.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

No previous automotive experience? No problem. We value attitude and drive over a resume full of car sales.

• Self-Starters: You are motivated for success and don’t need to be micro-managed.
• Strong Communicators: You are comfortable making phone calls and engaging with customers effectively.
• High Energy: You bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to every shift.
• Experience (A Plus): Previous background in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a great head start, but not required.
