Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong expertise in custom development, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations to support business needs and ensure smooth CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce objects , including parent-child relationships .
• Create and manage dashboards (including dynamic dashboards ) for real-time insights.
• Build custom reports leveraging both native and custom objects.
• Manage data integrations between Salesforce and external systems (BI, ERP, etc.).
• Utilize Data Loader and APIs for bulk data operations, real-time data pulls, and system integrations.
• Design and configure page layouts, record types, and workflows .
• Perform day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks (user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, governance, and security across Salesforce.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and administration .
• Expertise in custom object development and complex relationships .
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports for business analytics.
• Experience with Data Loader, APIs, and other integration tools .
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Strong knowledge of page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows .
• Ability to manage end-to-end data integrations with BI, ERP, or third-party applications.

Good to Have

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications (ADM 201, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Experience in Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components .
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
