Job Description

SAP Basis Consultant

Location: Plano TX/ Wilmington DE (Hybrid/Onsite) Salary: ***-***K Annum Mode of Hire: FTE Visa: Visa Independent

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ECC, BI, Portal, Fiori, and Linux (Red Hat) environments.
  • Proven experience in SAP system copies, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Strong Oracle Database administration skills (backup, recovery, performance tuning).
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (CharM) for change and release management.
  • Knowledge of SAP certificate crossing different SAP platform
  • Familiarity with Redwood RunMyJobs for SAP job scheduling (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Service Request Management).
  • Ability to provide 24x7 operational support (on-call rotation) in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving with a focus on minimizing system downtime.
  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining system configurations, procedures, and reports.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management
  • SAP Basis service automation experience is a plus.
