Job Description:
Perkins Coie is seeking an experienced Leadership Communications, Senior Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Director of Communications in the development and implementation of the overall communications strategy for the firm and supporting leadership communications. This individual is also expected to lead communications initiatives and programs successfully and independently, and drive messaging alignment across the firm's multi-channel communications landscape internally and externally.

This position requires infrequent travel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of communications experience, including at least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably at large global companies, Big Law or Big Four. Candidates with experience in legal or professional services are preferred, and all must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
Colorado Compensation Range: $158,120.00 to $252,830.00 annually
Los Angeles Compensation Range: $184,140.00 to $294,440.00
San Franciso Compensation Range: $201,820.00 to $322,710.00
Washington, D.C. Compensation Range: $180,130.00 to $288,040.00 annually
Washington State Compensation Range: $166,790.00 to $266,700.00 annually
