Position: Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience/MS (TAS) – Orlando, FL (Field; 100% field time with external customers) Position Summary Drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients by delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) via deeper scientific, label-consistent dialogue. Build credibility with regional thought leaders and HCPs; collaborate cross-functionally to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically. Key Responsibilities Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed compliant sales targets; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale. Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory/account plans. Use CE^3 (where implemented) for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources/publications accurately; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs. Stay current on emerging data; engage Medical on Call for unsolicited and complex technical inquiries. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately. Demonstrated credibility-building with customers and office staff; customer‑centric mindset. Strong account management and selling skills; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals. Cross-functional collaboration; integrity and good judgment. Neurology experience preferred. Qualified Driver requirements due to company-provided vehicle (e.g., 21+ years old, valid license, acceptable driving risk).
