Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting target metrics during their shifts and supporting their assigned departments in achieving goals.
