We are seeking an experienced and energetic Millwright Recruiter to join our team in the Spartanburg area . In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled Trade talent to support our growing operations.

• Pay: $29.00 per hour
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE recruiting for high volume Industrial Positions such as Millwright, Maintenance or other Skilled trade positions
• Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities of recruiter

• Source, screen, and evaluate millwrights and related skilled trades candidates.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, trade schools, workforce programs, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews and skills assessments to determine candidate fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including job posting, interviews, feedback coordination, and offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Ensure compliance with all hiring processes and documentation requirements.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
