In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting healthcare organizations through process improvement and technology-driven initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success, drive positive patient outcomes, and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.**Responsibilities*** Collaborate with project teams to support healthcare leaders, clinicians, and staff in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes.* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research, to inform client recommendations.* Support the development of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and process documentation.* Engage with healthcare and consulting professionals at all levels through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.* Assist in project management activities such as developing workplans, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates for clients and internal leadership.* Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm methodologies, tools, and knowledge capital by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices.* Participate in internal initiatives including business development support, thought leadership development, and practice growth efforts.* Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth by seeking feedback, leveraging coaching relationships, and pursuing professional development opportunities.**Qualifications****Education and Experience*** Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, General Business). **Graduation date: May 2026.*** Previous experience working or volunteering in a healthcare setting.**Skills and Competencies*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and break down complex issues.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.* Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple priorities and shifting client needs.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools to support data-driven decision making.* Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and generate insights to support strategy development.* Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and credibility with clients.* Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.* Focused on delivering client value, with a high standard of integrity and commitment to doing the right thing.**Additional Information*** **Travel:** Up to 80% nationwide travel required* **Work Schedule:** Full time, August 2026 start* **Authorization:** Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported* **Location:** Based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area.At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 to $82,000 For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
