Compensation: $23.24 per hour
Schedule: Normal Business Hours
Job Type: 1 Year Contract with Potential to Extend
About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Sourcing Support Specialist for a leading powersports and manufacturing company in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you'll support the Sourcing Organization through day-to-day tactical activities, working closely with suppliers and internal partners to keep sourcing processes running smoothly. If you are highly organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this long-term contract opportunity could be a great fit.
What You'll Do: - Coordinate with suppliers to request bills of lading and shipping documentation
- Enter and maintain cost changes, parts data, and tooling requests in internal systems
- Support sourcing agents with daily, weekly, and project-based activities
- Assist with new supplier onboarding and supplier profile updates
- Track task progress, communicate status, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, quality, engineering, and accounts payable to resolve issues
- Help organize meetings and presentations, including maintaining shared documentation
What You Need to Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional approach to working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Comfort analyzing data and pulling reports from multiple systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous materials or purchasing experience is a plus but not required
