Title Clerk | Automotive Services Partner

Were looking for a Title Clerk to join a well?established automotive services partner supporting dealership title and registration operations. This is a 100% on?site role in Kansas City, MO , offering a stable, process?driven environment ideal for candidates with administrative or customer service experience who thrive in high?volume, detail?oriented work.

What Youll Do:

• Sort, open, and process incoming mail and vehicle title documents
• Scan, match, file, retrieve, and organize large volumes of physical and digital paperwork
• Prepare and package documents for outgoing shipments
• Perform high?volume, accurate data entry into internal systems
• Maintain organized records to support compliance and tracking
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive, process?driven tasks
• Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles
• Comfort working with computers, data entry, and basic office software
• Reliable, organized, and team?oriented work style
• Ability to work fully on?site in Kansas City, MO
