Amentum is seeking a Training Specialist for a prime contract in Linthicum, MD that provides enterprise support for the DoD 8140 program to ensure all contractors, military and civilian personnel obtain and maintain qualifying certifications that are aligned with their positions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Communicate with civilian, contractor, and military personnel to inform and ensure they complete required certifications.
Communicate with division chiefs and CORs/COR-Ts to ensure they provide determinations and updates for contractor personnel.
Enter certification related information into database for tracking and status.
Develop program guidelines, processes and procedures for the team.
Provided metrics and manage CWIP program goals for the division.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Poly

Compensation Details:
$110,000 - $118,000
