Shift: 7:00 AM -5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Pay: $25.00 and up DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Truck/Trailer Mechanic to support our facility operations in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as managing the facility’s safety and environmental programs.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on all facility equipment
Maintain and repair equipment on or off site, including:
- Cranes
- Forklifts
- Loaders
- Non-ferrous Shear
- Skid Steers
- Sorting Lines
- Shredders
- Trucks & Trailers
- Wire Strippers
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Organize and maintain cleanliness of the Maintenance Department
Assist with ordering parts, welding, fabricating, and minor electrical repairs
Promote and enforce all safety standards and PPE compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Experience with industrial equipment maintenance preferred
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards
Safety

Must wear all necessary PPE while working or while in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow standards may result in loss of position.
