About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Media Agency Operations to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a proactive, decisive, and inspirational leader with a strong desire to drive the company's media agency to be the best in class. Key responsibilities include organizational and departmental leadership, with a focus on strategic planning, new business development, and ensuring the performance of client account management and production divisions. The role demands a leader who can provide high-level strategic guidance, maintain a comprehensive understanding of client business models, and take ownership of the results produced by their teams. The Vice President will also be responsible for people management, including mentoring and training Account Executives, and will be expected to have a hands-on approach to expanding the business and nurturing vendor relationships.
