Warehouse Picker/Packer

South Charlotte

Pay: $17-$18/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Position Overview

Betek is seeking a dependable, detailoriented Packer to support the preparation of mining bits (wear tools) for shipment. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires strong focus, consistency, and accuracy. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack mining bits and wear tools according to company standards
• Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials
• Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Strong attention to detail
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
• Protective shoes required (steeltoe or composite)
• Gloves provided, or you may bring your own
• Appropriate attire: jeans, slacks, and tshirts are acceptable
