Pay & Schedule $18.00 - $18.60 per hour Weekly Pay Monday–Friday (No Weekends) 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM What You’ll Do Perform assembly line work including coating, prepping, and finishing panels Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean What We’re Looking For Entry-level candidates welcome with some manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled facility and wear PPE Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Important: This is a steady, long-term position best suited for candidates who are reliable, consistent, and ready to work.
