This course provides a comprehensive understanding of customer due diligence (CDD) processes, essential for organizations to comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks. Participants will learn practical techniques for conducting effective customer assessments, including identification, verification, beneficial ownership, ongoing monitoring of customer relationships. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge to enhance their organization’s CDD practices, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
