Course Enrolment Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This platform utilises third party content for which Navigate Compliance and Navigate Learning has been authorised to distribute.
  2. Training courses on this platform may not be reproduced in any manner without the consent of Navigate Compliance.
  3. Content in our content library which includes but is not limited to articles, podcasts, webinars and eBooks, may be distributed however the original author must be referenced.
  4. As part of this platform, all users will receive an associate level membership from the International Compliance Association (based in the United Kingdom) which can be renewed annually. This membership fee is included in your course fee.  You hereby consent to your personal information being shared with the International Compliance Association for this purpose.
  5. In addition, a free entry-level membership to the Compliance Social will be allocated to you upon account creation. This membership allows you access to free resources and other compliance content. You can unsubscribe to this membership at any time.
  6. To keep you informed of new developments, trends and important notices, Navigate Compliance and the International Compliance Association may communicate with you by way of notifications and message boards.
  7. As a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), you undertake to adhere to the ICA’s Code of Conduct which can be found here.
  8. I have read and understood the ICA’s CPD policy which can be found here.
  9. As a platform provider, Navigate Compliance may earn a referral fee from training providers listed on this platform. This fee is in terms of a contractual arrangement with the training provider.
  10. The training fees displayed on this platform may fluctuate depending on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoicing.
  11. The training fees displayed on this platform may contain discounted rates which are only applicable for enrolments made through Navigate Compliance. Should you elect to enrol directly with the training provider, these discounts will be forfeited.
  12. For learners enrolling onto the Certified Digital Practitioner course, an Identity or Passport document is required for SAQA purposes.
