Job Description

Summary / Objective

The Service Delivery Driver
is responsible for delivering and retrieving products to and from the store
locations as well as other business customers.
As the Service Delivery Driver you will be driving a medium size company
vehicle and will be driving both short and long distances as you deliver a
variety of repaired products as well as retrieving products to be returned to
the service center for repair.


Essential Functions

• Providing timely
  transportation of products from origin to and from directed destinations
  provided by the Shop Manager
• Unloading product
  using proper safety requirements
• Assisting in
  ensuring the verification of product outgoing and incoming for accuracy in
  terms of serial and/or stock numbers as required
• Being responsible
  for any required paperwork that accompanies a delivery or pick up of product
• Providing
  excellent customer service and building strong relationships
• Maintaining all
  required records and logs
• Ensuring the
  company's vehicle is properly maintained and serviced - reporting any issue
  that arises immediately to your supervisor

Qualifications

• High School
  Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 21
  years of age
• Valid Driver's
  License and MVR requirements
• Prior work experience
  that demonstrates independence to stay on schedule
• Strong driving
  skills
• Ability to
  perform all paperwork and admin that includes but is not limited to receipts
  and documents, map and road signs, maintenance logs.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time
position. Days and hours of work are
Monday through Saturday

8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will
require additional hours as needed.
