Location: Remote (Must work EST hours)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Anaplan Solution Architect with deep expertise in Workforce Planning and CAPEX . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations, drive architectural design, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Anaplan solutions focused on Workforce Planning and CAPEX .
  • Act as the technical and functional lead , translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan models.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle , including model building, unit testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and perform defect triaging, enhancements, and production support .
  • Design optimized and scalable Anaplan structures following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Handle Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and deployment processes.
  • Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect / Senior Lead Developer .
  • Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and CAPEX modules .
  • Experience leading 3 5+ full-cycle Anaplan implementations .
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Model building and optimization
    • Unit testing and quality assurance
    • Defect management and enhancement delivery
  • Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master Anaplanner Certification (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale Anaplan transformations
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and workforce modeling
