Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Anaplan Solution Architect with deep expertise in Workforce Planning and CAPEX . The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations, drive architectural design, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Anaplan solutions focused on Workforce Planning and CAPEX .
Act as the technical and functional lead , translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan models.
Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle , including model building, unit testing, and deployment.
Manage and perform defect triaging, enhancements, and production support .
Design optimized and scalable Anaplan structures following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Handle Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and deployment processes.
Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect / Senior Lead Developer .
Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and CAPEX modules .
Experience leading 3 5+ full-cycle Anaplan implementations .
Hands-on experience with:
- Model building and optimization
- Unit testing and quality assurance
- Defect management and enhancement delivery
Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master Anaplanner Certification (Highly Preferred)
Experience in leading enterprise-scale Anaplan transformations
Strong understanding of financial planning and workforce modeling

Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
