Exciting opportunities are open for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide impactful support to K-12 students across several school districts in the Northwestern Illinois area. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with each position offering a contract from August 3rd, 2026, through May 21st, 2027. As an itinerant BCBA, you’ll collaborate with school teams in diverse communities, making a real difference in student outcomes throughout Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Dixon, Kirkland, Maple Park, and St. Charles.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Behavior Analyst Certification from IDFPR (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation)
• National BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students in school settings
• Adaptability for itinerant work, traveling between multiple school sites as assigned
• Clear communication skills and collaborative approach with educators and families
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about creating positive behavioral outcomes
• PEL (Professional Educator License) is not required for these roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans for students with a range of behavioral and academic needs
• Collaborate with school teams, staff, and families to support the successful implementation of strategies and monitor student progress
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development for staff members
• Document and report on student data and progress, maintaining compliance with district and state standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure holistic student support, adapting services as needed

• Strictly an in-person role—virtual/remote options are not available
