Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Neurosciences Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced physician leader to serve as Director of the Neurology Residency Program at our Weston, Florida campus. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program within a world-class academic health system.

Position Highlights

  • Leadership role within a nationally recognized academic medical center

  • Oversight of an established, ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program

  • Institutional support for educational and administrative effort

  • Ongoing clinical practice in Neurology

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of the Neurology Residency Program

  • Ensure continuous compliance with ACGME accreditation standards

  • Lead curriculum development, resident education, evaluation, and faculty engagement

  • Collaborate closely with GME leadership, department chairs, and institutional stakeholders

  • Foster a culture of excellence in education, clinical care, professionalism, and scholarship

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified in Neurology (ABPN or equivalent)

  • Demonstrated clinical, educational, and administrative experience beyond residency training

  • Prior experience in graduate medical education strongly preferred

  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
