Join our dynamic team in Appleton, WI, as a Concrete Cutter / Foreman! We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about concrete cutting and has a knack for leadership. In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. If you have a strong background in concrete cutting and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you! This is a working leader/producer role and you'll be working in the field!

• Lead and supervise concrete cutting projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate daily activities and manage crew assignments to optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff on concrete cutting techniques and safety practices.
• Assist in estimating project costs and timelines.

• Proven experience in concrete cutting and related construction work.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
