The Wealth Management Analytics & Data (A&D) team within Morgan Stanley Strategy & Analytics group owns all the executive reporting, insights, and predictive modeling in support of Wealth Management, Banking, and Firmwide Marketing. We are seeking a talented, analytically driven professional to join the US Banks Analytics team within A&D. This highly collaborative group is looking for a strategic thinker with strong data and analytical skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Morgan Stanley's U.S. Banks deliver lending, deposit, and cash management solutions for Wealth Management clients, and are responsible for developing, launching and managing innovative banking and lending services. These include home loans, securities-based loans, deposit accounts, access to a range of banking services, and a growing array of digital banking and lending capabilities. The US Banks are important contributors to both the revenue and earnings of Wealth Management and represent a significant growth opportunity for the Firm.
The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
