Woods and Water Family Dental is a start-up family-owned dental practice in Cloquet, MN. The Care Coordinator is a patient-focused team member responsible for creating a welcoming and organized experience for patients. As one of the first people patients interact with, this role includes greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating appointments, and supporting communication before and after teatment.
The Care Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining an efficient and productive schedule for both the doctor and hygiene team. Responsibilities include assisting with confirming appointments, filling schedule openings, verifying and updating insurance information in Open Dental, posting insurance payments and EOB's, processing statements, and helping support the overall flow of the office. Strong organization, attention to detail, comfortable viewing basic ledgers and balancing accounts a plus and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Pay is based on experience.
