We’re growing Ladidadi Events & Incentives is hiring an Event Strategist. At Ladidadi, we design and deliver global experiences that create joy, awe, and peace of mind—blending the art and science of events to turn complexity into clarity for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sourcing, and negotiation—playing a critical part in the early stages of the event lifecycle, from destination and venue strategy through hotel contracting and budget alignment. You’ll serve as a key connector between destinations, hotel partners, and internal teams—bringing insight, structure, and protection to both the client experience and the business. What We’re Really Looking For You don’t just source venues—you think strategically about why a destination or property works. You read contracts carefully and instinctively spot risk (and know how to protect against it). You’re detail‑obsessed, without losing sight of the bigger picture. You take full ownership—things don’t fall through the cracks on your watch. You’re proactive and can see around corners before problems arise. You’re confident in conversations with hotels, vendors, and clients—without ego. You’re deeply curious about destinations, trends, and the evolving landscape of events. You can manage multiple programs while maintaining clarity, quality, and calm. You care about the experience—not just logistics, but how it all feels. You want to be part of a team that holds a high bar and genuinely takes care of each other. The Role Lead destination and hotel sourcing strategy for assigned programs Negotiate and contract hotel agreements, protecting both client and company Align hotel contracts with client agreements and program goals Collaborate on proposals, pitch decks, and budget development Serve as a strategic partner internally and, at times, client‑facing pre‑sale This is a full‑time, remote role reporting to our Director of Event Strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑touch, high‑standard environment and is passionate about travel, relationships, and delivering exceptional work. Required Experience 5+ years of experience in the event or hospitality industry Familiarity with sourcing platforms (e.g., HopSkip), hotel brands, and destinations Strong negotiation skills and comfort reading contracts Experience working with suppliers and managing vendor relationships High level of professionalism and confidence in client‑facing settings Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Canva is a preference Attention to detail, time management, and multi‑program juggling are a must Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
