About the Role:

Join Grace Of Georgia Operations LLC as a Resident Care Coordinator and make a difference in the lives of our senior residents. This full time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate care and support in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily care activities for residents to ensure their well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with Wellness Director.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and medication management.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure high-quality care standards are met.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.
• Med Tech certification
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for helping seniors.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including weekends.
