Job Title: Mortgage Loan Originator

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate refinance and loan assumption options for VA and FHA borrowers
• Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
• Educate borrowers on Assumption loan processes , eligibility requirements, and financial benefits
• Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM systems and structured scripts
• Collaborate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan execution
• Guide borrowers through both refinance and loan assumption transactions from start to finish

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Specific Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license required (deactivated licenses accepted; company will cover reactivation costs)
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience
• Must have proven experience with Assumption loans (loan assumption processing, qualification, and execution required)
• Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs
• Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
