Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $30hr - $33hr

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations.
• Must have good on-ground hands-on experience of the hardware, cabling (copper, fiber), understanding of the patch panel, and physical connectivity, as hand and eye support would be the key role.
• Excellent knowledge of routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco WLC is a must
• Good knowledge of switching, including a DC environment.
• Knowledge in SDWAN (Aruba Silver Peak) & SDWAN Meraki.
• Basic understanding of Zscaler.
• Knowledge of high availability protocols and design, on both Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Good understanding of Cisco Meraki Wireless.
• Good understanding of the SNMP protocol.
• Working experience with routing protocols (implementation and troubleshooting).

Good To Have

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team, potentially covering extended working hours.
• Working experience in incident management processes and prioritization.
• Networking certifications one or more of the following CCNP or similar level other certifications.
• Desire to learn new technologies and develop advanced networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
