Job Description : PC Technician
Washington, DC Support mission-critical IT operations for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) by keeping systems running and users productive in high-responsibility environments.

What You Will Do You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software
- Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs
- Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals
- Configuring operating systems and installing applications
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues
- Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams
- Managing and resolving support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy or similar tools
- Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability
Required Qualifications - Active Interim Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
- 3 or more years of relevant technical support experience
- Ability to obtain required DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment certification within 6 months
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting Office 365 environments
- Experience with Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer maintenance
- Prior USACE or ACE IT experience
- Experience supporting DoD environments

The compensation for this role is $32.50 - $33.50. Your compensation is designed to make a real difference day to day, giving you the support and confidence to do your best work and live well outside of it.
