Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a dynamic calendar; schedule and confirm meetings and appointments
Organize and prioritize emails, draft and send correspondence as needed
Conduct online research and summarize findings clearly and concisely
Coordinate with contacts, clients, and vendors when necessary
Help anticipate needs and keep projects on track
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Administrative and operational support
Travel planning and itinerary management
Event planning support
Household and family-related administrative coordination
Errands and logistical support as mutually agreed
