We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Precast Concrete Production Supervisor to join our team in San Antonio, TX (78225). In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our precast concrete production facility, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among staff.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain product standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop production goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in precast concrete production or concrete construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
