Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judge signed court appointments in legal document delivery.Ideal candidates include:Licensed Private InvestigatorsExperienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)Current or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsKey ResponsibilitiesMake diligent service attempts: Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to:Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesRequirementsReliable transportationValid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
