Overview Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is designed to launch your NP career within a forward‑thinking, value‑based primary care setting. The fellowship partners with the University of Michigan School of Nursing and seeks dedicated, compassionate clinicians focused on older adults. Program Description The 12‑month paid fellowship equips fellows with the skills, support, and learning needed to become confident, competent clinicians for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panel, learn from multiple preceptors, and engage in didactic content that builds on graduate training rather than repeats it. All participants commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year after program completion, with a preference for continuing careers at Oak Street across the country. Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the program location for at least the next two years. Have not yet worked as an NP. Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN. Minimum GPA of3.0 in the NP program. Passed, or in the process of, passing NP board examinations by June6,2026. Currently holds or will hold by August3,2026 an active, non‑probationary state NP license. A genuine passion for adult primary care.
