At Supercuts, we’re looking for a Salon Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a positive leadership style to the salon every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance great guest experiences with strong business results.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

  • Base Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience (guaranteed hourly wage).
  • Additional Earnings: Tips and cutting bonuses paid on top of base pay.
  • Total Earning Opportunity: High-performing Salon Managers can earn $26-$35+/hour , depending on performance, experience, hours worked, and guest volume.
  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full-time 35+ hrs/week).
  • $1,250 paid 90 days after completing training.
  • $1,250 paid 90 days after that.
  • Bonus subject to active employment and eligibility requirements.
  • Pay Options: Choose daily pay or weekly pay (every Friday).

*Actual earnings vary by hours worked, individual performance, and client demand.

As a Salon Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon, leading the team, driving results, and creating an environment guests and stylists love:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists and shift leaders.
  • Deliver an exceptional Supercuts 360&degree; Guest Experience every day.
  • Set schedules that support both business needs and work-life balance.
  • Drive productivity, service quality, retail performance, and loyalty programs.
  • Achieve personal and team productivity goals.
  • Manage salon expenses, payroll, and inventory responsibly.
  • Market the salon locally and grow the business within the community.
  • Complete administrative and compliance tasks with confidence.
  • Lead your team using the Moxie Mission Statement & Core Values.
  • Create a positive, motivating culture where people want to stay and grow.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Active Cosmetology License.
  • Previous salon leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, you lead by example on the floor.
  • Confident communicator who can coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced salon environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for developing people.
