Job Description

• Accountable for BTP landscape management, availability and performance of all systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for BTP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of systems.
• Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Involve in proactive monitoring and performance tuning of HANA Cloud and BTP applications using tools like SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focus run, and SAP BTP Cockpit.
• Administer and optimize HANA Cloud DB instances, including upgrade, backups, recovery, scaling, and monitoring.
• Have a complete understanding of the SAP HANA on-premise and cloud environment.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve BTP issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers - Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
