Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Servers to join our team! Our ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a positive attitude while creating a great dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities  

• Greet guests promptly with a welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Refill drinks, clear tables, and reset tables for new guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
