Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Cyber and Information Security Products (CISP) Department. This individual will lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity initiatives, working across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery, operational excellence, and effective security governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, experience within cybersecurity programs, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives. Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Support cybersecurity roadmap development and portfolio-level reporting. Coordinate penetration testing programs and third-party security validation efforts. Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and vendor engagements. Facilitate collaboration among cybersecurity teams, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. Utilize Jira/Atlassian tools to establish project structures, epics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Create executive-level reporting and roadmap dashboards using Power BI. Track remediation efforts related to vulnerability management and security control implementation. Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and knowledge repositories. Drive continuous process improvements across project delivery and cybersecurity operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of Project Management experience. 3+ years supporting cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk initiatives. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience managing third‑party vendors and consulting relationships. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification. Experience within financial services or highly regulated industries. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including: Penetration Testing Vulnerability Management Application Security Security Controls Risk & Compliance Experience supporting AI security initiatives.
