Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;24;On Call Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, Call x 7 days (24 hour)
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard urology procedures in the clinic and the operating room
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Licensure Required: Must have an active state license/IMLC
