Job Description

About Inference.ai Academy

As AI rapidly reshapes the job market, traditional software roles are shrinking while demand for applied AI talent is exploding—yet most courses fail to produce job-ready engineers.

Inference.ai Academy bridges that gap by training learners through hands-on, production-level AI work. Students build real systems, including LLM pipelines, RAG architectures, AI agents, fine-tuning workflows, and multimodal AI applications used in modern AI companies.

We are building the next generation of AI engineers- not through theory-heavy lectures, but through practical execution, mentorship, and rapid iteration.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vibe Coding Instructor who can teach students how to build real AI products fast using modern AI-native development workflows. This role is ideal for engineers, builders, creators, or technical educators who thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy helping others ship AI applications quickly.

You’ll guide students through project-based learning experiences using tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, MCP workflows, and modern full-stack AI stacks.

The ideal candidate combines:

  • Strong practical AI engineering skills
  • Excellent communication and mentorship ability
  • A builder mindset focused on rapid experimentation and shipping
  • Comfort teaching globally distributed learners
  • Multilingual (Mandarin) candidates are strongly preferred

What You’ll Teach

Students will learn how to:

  • Build AI apps using “vibe coding” workflows and AI copilots
  • Create production-ready RAG pipelines
  • Develop AI agents and automation systems
  • Integrate APIs, vector databases, and memory systems
  • Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs
  • Build multimodal AI applications
  • Deploy and iterate on real AI products quickly
  • Use AI-assisted development tools for rapid product execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead live workshops, cohorts, and hands-on coding sessions
  • Mentor learners building real AI applications
  • Break down complex AI engineering concepts into practical workflows
  • Review student projects and provide actionable feedback
  • Create engaging technical content, demos, and exercises
  • Stay current with the fast-moving AI tooling ecosystem
  • Foster an energetic, builder-focused learning environment\
  • Support students across multiple time zones and backgrounds

Requirements

  • Experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLM stacks
  • Strong familiarity with tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs, and agent frameworks
  • Practical experience with rapid prototyping and AI-assisted coding workflows
  • Ability to teach clearly and communicate technical ideas effectively
  • Comfortable presenting live and mentoring students
  • Strong product intuition and startup-style execution mindset
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
  • Passion for helping others become AI-native builders

Nice to Haves

  • Multilingual communication skills
  • Experience teaching online cohorts or bootcamps
  • Experience deploying production AI systems
  • Familiarity with Cursor, Windsurf, Replit, Bolt, or similar AI coding environments
  • Background in developer education, content creation, or community building
  • Experience with fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, or multimodal AI

Why Join Us?

  • Help shape the future workforce of AI engineers
  • Work with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows daily
  • Teach practical skills that directly impact careers
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Opportunity to build curriculum, community, and global impact
  • Collaborate with ambitious builders and AI innovators
