Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant

Seeking an accounting professional to assist with bookkeeping needs, mostly utilizing Quickbooks Online, payment of a moderate volume of invoices, in-office bank deposits, and preparation of inter-company account and other reconciliations for our management company, real estate entities, insurance company entities, and related parent investment entities. This position includes certain administrative duties and Excel based reporting project responsibilities.

Skills -

• Good accounting knowledge
• Excellent Quickbooks knowledge
• Solid Excel knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Bank account reconciliation proficiency
• An interest in continual learning and improvement of processes
• An interest in exploring AI to improve the efficiency and consistency of accounting processes

This position works with the Executive Accountant, CFO, and top administrative personnel. There is a long-term opportunity to expand the role and take on new responsibilities as the group is continually growing and evolving.


Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $ 22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
