Boca Pharmacy Group is Training & Adoption Manager to ensure operational processes are understood, followed, and sustained across our Bronx and Brooklyn pharmacy locations.

You'll work on-site daily, training, coaching, auditing, and reinforcing until adoption sticks. Pharmacy experience isn't required. What matters is your ability to teach structured processes and drive lasting behavior change.

What You'll Do

• Lead in-person training on workflows, SOPs, and operating standards
• Translate process docs into clear, actionable daily steps for frontline teams
• Coach staff through process changes until execution is consistent
• Conduct on-site audits, identify gaps, and deliver real-time corrective coaching
• Create and maintain job aids, checklists, walkthroughs, and quick-reference guides
• Use AI tools (Claude, Canva AI, Loom, Scribe, etc.) to develop, update, and scale training content
• Apply AI to analyze audit data, surface adoption trends, and reinforce learning between sessions
• Train staff on how daily actions impact billing, inventory, 340B, and reporting
• Bridge frontline teams with operations, billing, inventory, and compliance
• Provide hands-on support during system rollouts and workflow launches

What You Bring

Required

• Proven ability to teach structured processes and drive measurable adoption
• Experience developing and delivering training in operational or workflow-driven environments
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Ability to create clear, practical training materials and process documentation
• Comfortable enforcing standards and addressing non-compliance constructively
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, data analysis, and documentation
• Strong research skills, able to independently benchmark best practices and stay current on tools and methods
• Based in NYC metro; available to work on-site daily across Bronx and Brooklyn

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
• Background in QA, workflow auditing, or operations enablement
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced training platforms or LMS
